Procedures

Your order is shipped within three business days (including the day that your order is received).

The travel time for your order, between our warehouse and your delivery address, varies between 3 and 14 business days.

For packages less than 30 kg whose length + width + depth does not exceed 200 cm, we use LA POSTE (Post Office) on a home delivery basis.

For packages over 30 kg, we offer a home delivery service (to your door or to your building entrance), by private carrier, with a delivery time arranged in advance.


FAQ

Can I have my order delivered to a different address ?

Yes, simply specify a delivery address different from your billing address.

Tip: Use this option to have your order delivered to your place of work.

The address it came to is not the address I specified.

Your order has been delivered to a different address than the address you specified on your order. Please contact Customer Service to find out what to do.

One or more parcels are missing from my order.

Your order may have been sent as a series of partial deliveries. Please check whether the missing products have been scheduled for another delivery later by going to your account under the heading “track order” or to your order confirmation email.

Note: Heavy / bulky items are shipped by private carrier.

My package has been shipped to a different address.

Contact our Customer Service and check that your delivery details are accurate and complete.

My package has been shipped but I haven’t received it.

The shipping notice that you received indicates that it has been handed to the provider tasked with delivering it.

You are notified by email whenever your order is shipped.

You can track your package from your online account.

If you do not receive your package by the delivery date specified by the provider, please contact our Customer Service department.
