What is the USB-C? 

The USB Type-C is the new standardized format for cables and connectors developed by the USB Implementers Forum « USB Implementers Forum ». Multifunctional, it is capable of transmitting data, video or energy through the same cable with a high bandwidth of up to 40 Gb/s, it can also carry an HDMI signal up to 8K.

How can you recognize the USB-C?

To fit increasingly compact devices, the USB-C cable's connector is smaller and thinner than previous USB cables,  and features rounded contours and a hollow center. It also has the advantage of being reversible and works in either direction.
