As part of our international development strategy, we are looking for an:

 

 

Export Business Developer

(Position based in Lyon area)

 

 

Tasks:

In a context of strong expansion for the group, and reporting to the President of ERARD Group, your main task is to develop ERARD Group’s international sales.

As such, you are tasked with:

  • Identifying new distributors on the AV (audiovisual) equipment market:

-        Integrators

-        Specialised distributors / Wholesalers

-        Specialised e-commerce sites (AV or home equipment)

  • Acting as the direct contact for sales representatives for certain areas/countries
  • Defining and participating in the development of sales documents and tools:

-        Prospecting and search for new distributors

-        Sales tools for future distributors

  • Participating in the definition of the pricing policy for export sales and terms of trade.
  • Participating in the organisation of trade shows outside of France and hosting them.

Supervising the work of one or two employees (work/study placements)

 

Profile:

You are the holder of an MBA,and have at least 5 years’ experience in an export sales function abroad. Fluency in English is a must for this position. Fluency in one or two other languages would be a plus, French is not necessary.

Your talent as a sales representative, your skills in operational marketing, your sense of organisation, leadership, your capacity to listen and your determination to invest yourself in a key development project will allow you to thrive in a context with strong potential for growth.

With a strong drive for sales and a mind geared towards results, your team and corporate spirit will be major assets.

On the medium term, you will be promoted to Export Manager.
