You can pay for your order by credit card, bank transfer and instant transfer. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the items ordered. The different carriers are: Colissimo, GLS and DB SCHENKER. When placing your order, we will offer you the delivery method(s) adapted to the weight and volume of your order.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the items ordered. You will be able to view the different carriers offered and the shipping costs associated with each possibility. The delivery time varies depending on the carrier:

COLISSIMO: Delivery within 24 to 72 hours

GLS: Delivery within 24 to 72 hours depending on the service chosen

DB SCHENKER: Delivery within 2 to 5 days depending on the geographical area and the service chosen.

When your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping email that contains the link to track your package.

We advise you not to accept the package if it has significant damage.

We invite you to go to ‘my account’: "After-sales service" section to send us a request by completing the dedicated form. You can change your contact details in your "my account" area. Please note that a delivery address cannot be changed after your order has been placed.

Upon receipt of your order, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of cancellation. The product must not have been opened. Your return request must be made via the contact form.

Your order will be shipped within 24 working hours. A confirmation email is sent to you when your order is handed over to the carrier.

You can choose a shipping address that is different from the billing address. We also offer delivery services to Pick-Up points.

DELIVERY/ROUNTING

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail, which indicates that it has been handed over to the carrier in charge of the delivery. You will find the link to track the delivery of your package. You can also track the delivery of your parcel in "my account".

If the delivery time announced when placing your order is exceeded, please "contact us".

At a post office or COLISSIMO Pick-Up point, you have 14 days to pick up your parcel. Beyond this period, the package will be returned to our services.

In GLS Pick-Up points, the collection time is possible for 10 days, after which the parcel is returned automatically to us.

For delivery by DB SCHENKER transport: We advise you to check your parcel in the presence of the delivery person.

We invite you to send your request in writing to the carrier (using the template letter) by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and to inform us by e-mail (please note: you have 72 hours to declare your dispute).

Supplier selection: In accordance with our CSR policy, the producing factories are audited and meet the ethical and environmental standards of the most demanding international standards: BSCI, SA 8000, SMETA, etc.

Product quality and compliance: All technical and environmental compliance tests are carried out as part of our quality process. They meet European standards and regulations: CE, LVD, EMC, ErP, RED, ROHS, REACH, etc.

Responsible packaging, in France: In accordance with the regulations resulting from the AGEC law (anti-waste law for a circular economy), we use recycled materials to reduce the impact of our packaging. The entire packaging process is carried out in our workshop in Fontenay-le-Comte (85): printing and forming of cardboard boxes, visual inspection before closing the containers, storage of finished products.

Testing & Controls: Electronic enclosures and professional cables are 100% tested before shipment. A sampling inspection is carried out, on the basis of the international AQL standard, for all packaged and shipped products.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS FURNITURE AND MOUNTS

For each of the ERARD® mounts, columns and stands, we indicate the compatible VESA dimensions in the form of a pictogram.

The VESA standard is the standard followed by manufacturers of televisions and wall mounts.

It defines the distance between the mounting holes on the back of the TV.

To find out the VESA standard of a TV or monitor, you can consult the instructions or measure the distances between the mounting holes on your TV.

Alternative 

Check the fixing points on the back of your TV. The VESA standard is the standard followed by TV and stand manufacturers. It defines the distance between the mounting holes on the back of the display. You can find this information in your TV's manual or on the manufacturer's website. For each of the ERARD TV stands and stands, we indicate the compatible VESA dimensions.

lIt is possible to hang a larger TV as long as the TV's VESA mounting dimensions are compatible with the ERARD mount and the screen weight does not exceed the maximum weight indicated.

Fixed or tilting mount

It is quite possible to install an ERARD fixed or tilting bracket on a BA10 or BA13 type PLASTERBOARD wall.

For this, we advise beforehand

• To comply with any recommendations of plasterboard manufacturers

• To ensure that your wall is in good condition

• Use plugs and screws designed for cavity walls

A mount with Offset

The structure of plasterboard does not allow the installation of a mount with offset, unless an anchor is provided on a load-bearing wall.

Yes, it is quite possible to hang a soundbar on any ERARD TV mount or stand. To do this, simply use SOUND UP, the universal soundbar mount.

If your TV has VESA mounting points that are compatible with the mount installed, you can install it directly to your mount.

If it is not compatible, you can use one of the ERARD adapter plates

All the products developed by the ERARD® engineering team are designed with a large safety margin. Mounts for screens weighing less than 30kg are tested up to the maximum stated load x 4.

Mounts for screens over 30kg are tested at the maximum load indicated + 88kg.
